Daniel Futa is not your typical picture of a college student. He doesn’t carry a hacky sack or look like a hippy, as the cliché goes. Instead, Daniel Futa is a driven and accomplished student. Futa is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California. He graduated from that prestigious school in May of 2010 with two Bachelor’s degrees, in History and Political Science, form the College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences.

These majors obviously indicate Futa’s interest in the fields of politics and history. However, it would be a mistake to assume Daniel Futa is just some nerd who did well in school because he held himself hostage in his dorm while he studied his books and fretted over the next test. Futa is the outgoing Vice President of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity on campus. His responsibilities in that position consisted of programming and running the day-to-day operations. It is a position of honor and responsibility in the fraternity—he was the second ranking member on the Executive Board.

Futa has previously graduated from Colorado Academy, in June of 2006. He was elected Student Body President at Colorado Academy for a year, too. Futa went on to take an internship at CitiGroup – Smith Barney in Los Angeles, California, after he graduated from USC. He was responsible for interacting with high net worth clients in this position.
